Ahh the Quigleys. While it may be true that Gina has quickly become my soul sista' in adventure and crime, she is also the most spectacular mother of two beautiful little angels (aka... gerber models. Amiright????) Photographing a close friends family portraits is always an honor but when they are this freakishly good looking, its almost like they are doing me a favor :) Love this Quigley bunch!
In the short time I got to know these two, I immediately adored them! Seriously, there is not a more fun loving pair such as the new Mr. and Mrs. Shields! Silly yet charming, giggly yet gorgeous, it truly was an honor to capture this special day for them!
Three football players, a set of twins, and two rockstar parents make up the fun loving Styer Family! This was such a picture perfect shoot, even the mosquitos were cooperating... although the same can't be said for the stubborn Moose literally 100 ft away... which sadly had to be photoshopped out of most pictures because who wants a lumpy brown looking stump in the background. But hey, made for a memorable night and the kids sure loved it!
Growing up she was the big sister I never had. She taught me how to wear dresses, that my hair didn't ALWAYS need to be in a pony tail, and that I could add a pinch of pink to my "Tom-boyish" wardrobe without going up in flames (although I'm still not entirely convinced...). Here's to my gorgeous cousin Kandy and her soon to be baby boy!
Where do I begin. First of all, Kailey and Trent were the winners of my free photo session give away (which even still they snuck $100 in my bag!!!!) but believe me when I say... this couldn't have landed on a more perfect family! We did a morning shoot up Little Cottonwood Canyon because as we all know... mornings are ALWAYS happier when "littles" are involved. But not only that, its apparently "Moose happy hour" as well. About 5 minutes into the shoot, one of the largest Moose I have ever seen decided to photobomb the session! We quickly moved to a different area, but were again confronted by Mr. Moose towards the end. I think he just wanted some company because man he was clingy! It helped put smiles on the kids faces though.. I think. Although no one could ever answer my question "What does a Moose say!?"... what DOES a moose say?.... sigh... I feel ya kids.
